If a LTR is talking to a guy and or meeting up for 1 on 1 catch ups under the "just catching up" reasoning, that kind of behavior is grounds for demotion and or nexting. How do you convey that this behavior is unacceptable to a LTR without coming off as extremely needy, insecure and controlling?

I completely agree that a LTR catching up with orbiters and guy friends 1 on 1 excessively under the guise of "just friends" or "just catching up" is unacceptable behavior from a LTR. Many posts on ask theredpill recently have been on this topic exactly where a guy is unsure how to handle his LTR doing this and the response from the TRP rightfully so in my opinion is to hard next or demote the girl. My question is before this kind of behavior occurs, how do you communicate to a LTR or potential LTR that this kind of behavior is unacceptable without coming of as insecure, needy or controlling. I almost feel as though bringing it up in the first place conveys some kind of weakness and fear of other men as threats and in-turn the best outcome is hoping that a LTR does not even participate in this kind of behavior in the first place. what is TRP's thoughts on this?
