22yr male/ex-gamer virgin. Been on TRP and training myself and working out my overthinking autism bullshit for about 4 months now. Used to be a hardcore gamer - name a multiplayer game, I've put uncomfortable amount of hours into it.

Things I've implemented so far

  • Disciplined workout regime. 4-5 days a week, heavy lifting, HI cardio every now and then. Good eating

  • Working on frame and understanding my mental point of focus.

  • Talking and interacting with people inside and outside of my comfort zone to get my social skills and confidence in check

  • Doing hobbies and things that interest me as a first priority

The only thing I'm stuck on is getting those fucking dopamine hits that all of the video games on the market are built to feed you. I feel good after workouts but it isn't the same feeling, even after pushing myself. Does meditation provide you with deep satisfaction? Is that feeling from achievements in a game something that's unobtainable, really?

This may also be the mental retardation left over from all the chair dwelling, thinking some aspects of life like a game. IDK

Thoughts? Somtimes I just gotta hear it from other dudes.
