If you want so much detail I think you owe us all a detailed explanation of why you want it. If you don't give it maybe no one will answer you.
One thing we've learned: women have no inherent value to us so that we owe you something. If you want something you give something.
Where are you from, why do you want to know, and what kind of conclusion do you think you can conclude?

I'm asking for a country. I don't think that's all that much detail. I'm from Australia. As for why - I explained that in the post. I have an assumption that red pill is largely American, and rather than exist in ignorance (if that be the case), I'd like evidence. I'm trying to become more knowledgable.

I'm not American. That should be enough. The "unplug from the Matrix" reference of the red pill is American/Hollywood. The concept of men leading women & life being better for men & women isn't American, it's far beyond the recent label "red pill" (here) & is really the basis of civilization. Where it's come apart so has civilization.
Certainly species exist where females lead. Humans aren't one of them.
If you had all the countries of all the people who claim to be red-pill as it pertains to sexual strategy as it pertains to this subreddit, would you put that information together to determine where people might be in more detail? Would you have any interest in trying to figure out cultural roots from various nations or cultures that is "red pill" ?
Do you think you have any clear idea of what "red pill" actually is (the way guys here refer to it, rather than the more global Matrix-comparison)?

At this stage my only interest is in proving or disproving my assumption that red pill is an American cultural thing. If my assumption is proved false, who knows where that will lead. And no, the fact that you are not American is not enough, because you are one guy. Yes it is unlikely that there would be just one guy outside of America who aligns himself with red pill but that does not negate my interest in the survey. Particularly as you are from North America. Like I've said elsewhere, my understanding of what red pill is comes purely from the sidebar here (ignoring what I hear elsewhere, that's conjecture). I get that the term comes from The Matrix because it's associated with 'waking up', but that's not why I associate it with Americanism. That's your assumption.
Side note: though not the point of this post, there actually are human cultures where females lead. Just FYI.

Humans: no, there's no culture where females lead anywhere at all that I've ever heard of.
Men leading women: look to Japan, to China, to Russia, to various African nations & tribes (this is kind of an important distinction: many national borders were colonizer-decided & do not reflect true tribal loyalty which is very damn serious).
Maybe you're taking the "red pill" analogy too seriously. Americans have their way. Indians have another way. Iranians yet another. How do Saudis behave? Certainly women have no rights or power. They don't do it the way American men optimally lead American women for balanced emotional progression, family unity and/or economic maximization.
They're all different but don't promote women in charge, Saudis don't want women as anything near equals, and how sensible is it to label any of them as "red pill" ?
What is "red pill" ? It's a MOVIE scene, Neo taking an exit out of the Matrix. That sidebar: is not enough. Never has been. Probably never will be.
On the whole NONE of the examples I've given are actually people making an exit from the world of lies they were raised in.
Me being FROM North America isn't enough either: where my parents come from shaped it all and they're not from this continent.
In the end it sounds like you're only going to draw a conclusion about what's in this subreddit, not what "is" redpill or what "is" the optimal balance of male vs female influence in relationships across all nations, cultures & looking back in history too.
