I been thinning since 25 and i will be 47 in June, for me not having a full head of hair really got to me. I can't shave my head cause my face looks awful.

I only had a small thinning patch from 25 to 40 but as soon as i reach 40 the thinning started in front. I went nuts and got on dutastiride for 6 months the side effects where terrible but this stuff works amazing, then i switch to finastiride and i had the same side effects, started taking arimidex etc, minoxidil and my face was so puffy and i gained 30 pounds of fat and water. I quit all of this.

If i buzz my hair, the hair loss does not show, i lost a good amount of fat, got in shape. And i met a few women from 30 to 50y old, they all told me that most men lose there hair at some point and its quit normal.

This really felt good to hear. Most women don't care about hair loss if the guy is in shape, not too fat and chubby. This is pretty much what they all told me.

I wanted to go for PRP treatment but this goes for 2500$ for 5 treatments, i cancelled the whole thing that would have been quit stupid.
