My ltr sent me a few screenshots of my father telling her I'm not fine, and that he has contacted my psychiatrist and told me to take my meds (benzos) and bullshit. With what fucking right?

I do take my meds but never let my ltr or anyone know it, and I follow my doc's orders now. My girl seemed to be with my part on this battle but yet, it's very disrespectful of my father interfering on my relationships, while I'm 24 years old.

I promised not to give her away and tell him nothing, and explained how a friend of mine had some trouble and I got the blame on me to save him talking to a certain psychiatrist, some crap I made up.
