You have 4 options

Don't cheat. This leaves you with "medium value" of status quo

Cheat and keep it a secret. This is "maximum value" in terms of sexual strategy, but you may be personally morally opposed.

Cheat and get caught or bitch out and tell her out of guilt. This is "worst outcome" because you're either with a girl who now resents you or the LTR peaces out.

First off, I don’t believe the girl that wants you is 9.5, or that your LTR is an 8.

If you are considering cheating on said LTR, you should break up. I get it, you’re at the bar and one thing leads to another and you’re balls deep when you realize you shouldn’t be doing this, but what you’re doing is going to confession before committing the sin just to see how bad you’re screwing up, before you even screw up.
