I literally turn off my phone for hours and tell her I was playing with my siblings.

I can tell she freaks out because then she wants to hang out with me the second I'm free.

Always be doing something to keep yourself busy. Even if it's just doing your daily mundane chores.

Yeah, only do this if you have other options. Otherwise if it backfires you'll look like a chicken in the rain.
