I pointed out this cute girl in our neighborhood to my friend (who lives in an apartment across the street from me). He says that this girl is actually an upstairs neighbor of his. So he already knows this girl.

He thinks shes cute too and now it seems we are both going after this same girl. of course he decides hes interested in this girl when i notice her but thats besides the point. should i just do my thing and try to bag this girl or should i just let my bro have this one?
