I’ve been reading TRP for a while now, and believe I’ve got a solid grasp on the concepts. Just need a little tweaking in certain situations. I’m only 18 so there are often situations I have not been in before where I have to respond on the fly with no precious experience. Sometimes these responses are effective, other times they are not.

For example. Couple weeks ago I had a few buddies and some girls over to my house. We’re all hanging out and generally having a good time. One of my plates is there, and I planned on fucking her again that night. Me and her disagree pretty fundamentally on a lot of things, but I generally ignore all that BS n engage in game rather than politics so that I can close.

However this night my plate was particularly ornery and being downright insulting to me. (I’m going into the Army, she begins berating me as a baby killer and moron, etc.)

Now I always try to not fall into “DEER” by arguing with women-however these were personal, demeaning attacks, and I did not take kindly to them. Thus I chose to hold my frame, by briefly retorting to her remarks, and mentally deciding that I wasn’t gonna give her any dick that night.

As the insults continued, I escalated to telling her to leave my house, as her presence was inflammatory and insulting. She did not take well to this, choosing rather to shut down and just sit on my bed and refuse to leave.

This was even more irritating to me-As I now saw an insulting woman, who (since I wasn’t going to fuck) had to value to me-encroaching on my personal property and remaining indignant of the desires I expressed for her to leave.

I did my best to maintain composure by not yelling, but I continued to command her to leave, with a definite edge of anger to my voice. Eventually she did, however her refusal coupled with my rising temper created somewhat of a scene that hindered the mood somewhat.

So my questions are this:

-How does a RP man respond to direct, visceral and personal attacks on their character? Was I correct in telling her to leave?

-Given that I was correct in telling her to leave, what is a more effective way to compel a woman to do so in the stubborn manner they act? More subtle perhaps so that the situation is resolved quickly, and without “making a scene”

Responses and advice are greatly appreciated. However please refrain from the vapid two word answers such as “Don’t DEER”, unless appropriate. They lack substance and are generally unhelpful.
