1) go to the gym, cardio and weights. Track your diet, stay out of the processed foods.

2) find a job, any iob if you don't have one

3) educate yourself, read books, go to the library if you need to

4) become trained in a trade. Welding, plumbing, electrician,pilot. Just get something.

5) get your own place once you can support yourself.

6) now you can get back on Reddit and read the sidebar

There's this really cool app called Tinder where you can not only look at photos of cute girls, but you can also match with them, message them, and invite them out for drinks. You should try it some time.
