So I'am the outreach chair of my student group at college and one of the company we work with invited me to their company to help out. I accepted and that's when I met this girl. I've texted her on multiple occasions before we met on student group stuff so it was always formal. After I met her though, the tone of her text has changed and included a lot of haha and lols which were previously non-existent. So far our in person interactions are great as I am always good at those. However, we have not really had a text conversation as it is really hard to set apart student group stuff and personal stuff.

Yesterday, I went to help out and I already told her I was leaving at noon. Around that time I had to leave to grab some stuff while she was in a meeting. I missed a call from her which I did not realize until much later. We did have a conversation after I got back and bantered a bit.

Today she sent me a text with nothing but my first name : "James" in which I replied with a simple "?". It has been five hours and she has not responded nor read my text. My interest has dropped significantly but I cannot help wonder what this all means and what to do next?
