In my experience a woman who is attracted to you would not say "just as friends".

Some of these are implying sex without actually saying hey come over and have sex.

These are just ways to give her plausible deniability to hang out. You just escalate to sex.

You are giving her plausible deniability because she can use the excuse "he just invited me over to check out his stamp collection and some how, some way, I just fell on his dick"

Depends. If she is seeing someone else, then yes, it's ASD. If you know she's single, more likely letting you know you're friendzoned.
