I was with a girl I'm dating, and we were going to pay at a parkometer, and I saw like 10 hood dudes around the parkometer, so I just told her "Hey there's a lot of guys over there do you want to just wait here and I'll go pay".

She didn't react badly and simply waited by the car, I'm just wondering if I was weak or smart in that situation.
