If you read the twatter posts it seems very obvious to me that the thread is lampooning the common excuses that these women/the media say that guys use on women when they cheat. But they have recontextualised them.

These women are not actually advocating anything, this is a “see how you like it when we repackage the excuses men give us for their cheating”.

If you notice the women they’re all black with what I assume are African names. If you also do a little digging you’ll also know that Africa has a serious std problem as prostitution is rampant and condom use is very low.

TL;DR - calm down, nothing to see here.
