Is this a good example of Frame?

He's funny, witty, honest, not hiding what he thinks or his intentions. Also, rich, fashionable, he bangs hot girls, famous, and is a BJJ blue belt. In my definition of frame, he's a good example in those vids. But is not about the jokes and being a savage. Is the fact that he's very comfortable in his skin, and has a strong DGAF attitude. That comes from building a life you feel happy to be living. From feeling that you do shit that matters to you most days. Simply put, from living a meaningful life. That will vary depending on what you want. However, for many successful males that involves working mind, body, spirit, money, freedom, and cultivate meaningful relationships with people.

Russell Brand has a ton of mental issues. If you listen to his podcast with Rogan he talks about them. He's vert insecure. Seems he turned his life around now. He was a huge addict as well.
