I have a female best friend that i have been friends with since we were like 8

She recently broke up with someone because the relationship wasn't going anywhere and she liked someone else.

I was reading through askreddit ab biggest hints we have missed from a girl and it got me thinking. At first i was like nah to the hints because i knew she liked someone else.

But then i started thinking ab the hints more.

Here are some of the hints

We facetime almost everyday and we text usually everyday

We were facetiming and she and i were scrolling through instagram while facetiming and she found a post that listed some benifits of having a boyfriends and one of them mentioned facetime sleepovers. (I am assuming this is when u both sleep over a facetime) and we have done this before.

She also found a post that listed lies girls tell and some of them was hes just of friend and i definitely still like you and im fine

And one time we were facetiming and she showed me her in an oversized swestshirt and some spandex and she said that if she wore this around the guys my mom would definitely kill me and i said why we are all in swimsuits every day together (we are on a swim team) and she said something along the lines of the outfit being more revealing

When we hangout we sit on a couch and watch tv sometimes and im sitting facing the tv and she sits facing me and when she stretches her legs out it has to be on my lap or i have to be sitting on her leg and she stretches her leg out alot She also mentioned that she wishes she could do that with her boyfriend (her ex currently) she said something along the lines of see i cant so this with (boyfriends name)

When we were at a swim meet and we were playing cards in a group she just said to me, im going to put my leg on top of urs and she did. (We were both sitting criss cross applesauce)

She also said i matured alot physically and told her friend that i got buff and got eyebrows

She also said that shes forcing me to swim in her lane everyday and i replied with im down

i know she likes someone and she tells me about it, but i like her alot and i talk ab other girls to her. Im pretty sure she knows that i like her because i told her and im 90% sure she remembers

Im mainly confused because i dont know if shes dropping hints or not because shes my best friend and i dont know if shes super comfortable with me and im level 99 friendzone or shes actually trying to hint at me. Here is some info that is also conflicting she rejected me before, she likes one of my friends and we talk ab him sometimes, she flirtd without realizing it sometimes and im worried shes dropping hints without knowing, shes a touchy person so idk if im misinterpreting the situation. Im getting mixed signals
