Yeah, let's routinely train people to become as hypersensitive as we are. That'll solve the problem of casual sexism amongst the scientific community! A regularly applied soft-brainwashing that turns everyone into a SJW-ally. The sciences will be so much less problematic then, when women exist in an environment when they can always be comfortable!

I would be far more inclined to give a shit about claims regarding casual sexism in the sciences if it weren't for the fact that the default-and-apparently-obvious solution to the problem was as Orwellian as "routine training".
