So I've been in a relationship for a while and all was going well, until I did not prioritise my own time and instead catered to hers, and because of this I felt very dimished as a man, it wasn't that bad, we liked each other a lot. she wanted to see me all the time, but it was overwhelming.

me being too nice I didn't put my foot down and established a boundry, so for a while, instead of going into my own body and generating state, I was feeding off her.

Quite typical, its what people in relationships do.

we made a joke about how we should break up(shit test), we were laughing and smiling when we said this, and because we've been seeing each other for so long our brains were mush and in a weird low level state.

we rolled with it, until I realized that we made a mistake, she told me about how she'd cry for an hour when we broke up and went home.

so I come over to hers and tell her that it was stupid from both of us and we make up.

shes ghosted me for about a week, and when I go to see her she says that she wants to break up with me.

she said that she needs to be secure in her self and become independent, and I'm all for that, do that, come from a better place and work on yourself.
shes very codependant, and shes says that thinking about me all the time isn't healthy

she said that we can be friends and be fuck buddies, how do I proceed, do I play it cool and just spin her as a plate?

Also I'm very good at handling my emotions, I have great state control due to the nights of me going out and gaming. I can literally meditate my feelings out the window for her.

Do I ghost or do I spin her as a plate?
