Obviously fishing for compliments and attention. She's that girl that puts make up on, looks all "good" and then goes on Facebook with a status update "Ugh, my hair is so messy today, I look so awful and ugly :( ". Then she refreshes her facebook app every 10 minutes to see the reactions add up, people giving "likes", "loves" or "wow's" in response, then followed by the flooding of beta soy-boys saying "Wow no girl, you look so hot. I'd tap you all day long" and for other girls "What sister, no way, you're so gorgeous". "You're so cute", "Don't let anyone ever make you feel like you aren't beautiful, damn girl you so sexy". And then she can feel good about herself for a little bit, maybe she got super excited by the attention, she rubs one out and repeats the cycle as getting attention is all she cares about.

She might be a narcissist.

Don't reply, just ignore that. She can message you again. No need to torture yourself over that crap.
