I'm a young, attractive security guard at a makeup store in a fashion center. (I know because I've been told I'm the best looking guard they've ever had)

There is NOTHING but attractive women working in this store. 95% of the customers are attractive women although sometimes their boyfriends will see me hanging around and decide to accompany their

But long story short, I'm basically not allowed to show any actual personality or try to talk to any of the girls beyond a certain point. (A security guard was recently fired shortly after getting one of the girl's number)

I say I cant show personality because I recently got in trouble with the managers for telling one of the girls I was gonna leave to "take a piss real quick" & apparently that made her very uncomfortable.

Which leads me to believe these women are snobby & easily triggered by my 'toxic masculinity'.

My question to you is, how should I proceed?

Should I keep on & go full robo-cop on these bitches?

Or should find a balance somewhere and showcase a sort of 'appropriate' version of my personality & charisma? (My personality & sense of humor is very NSFW)

I get choosing signals everyday from alot of these women, and I'd hate to have to go out like some chump because I'm forced to make these women believe I'm some stone-faced dickhead with no personality.

Who would I be if I left this situation without fucking at least one of these bitches?
