Too hungry/eager/ desperate vibe
Camera around isnt helping
I assume its new years? Why is he alone
Cold approaching girls who are walking to a destination is very hard, much different then at a bar/club/activity
Everything just came off too fast with no charm/humour
It gave me the stranger danger vibe, he just approached and tried to tag onto their plans, he didnt lead.
He failed her IHABF shit test
Would you let someone who was just knocking on your door inside you house?
Comes in hot with 0 tact and doesnt know what to do after.

I could go on and on.

Dont be like him, to me screams desperate.

He looks like a creep.
Dressed retarded and trying to use PUA tactics to make up for his low SMV.
Kept chasing the girls like a creep even though they weren't interested and started walking alongside them (once again, it's creepy)

When cold approaching in non club/party settings, don't use tactics you'd use in a club or at a party. Had he approached the girls wearing decent clothes, wasn't annoying and creepy perhaps he'd at least get a friendly conversation out of this awkward exchange.
