I ghosted a very beta and annoying guy on WhatsApp and I'm about to see him cause he is friend of a friend. How should I react when he tells me why didn't you answer me?

I don't give a shit about his feelings but I just don't know how to act. I regret ghosting him since I think it's a feminine thing. A man would have told him I don't like you don't keep talking to me.

So what do i do? Do I just laugh and say i was busy?
