Don't make the women the high light, and don't do it often or it'll be very transparent.

Example; a video about how the club is hoppin, and your one plate is yelling in your ear while you take the video, or something to that effect. Keep it subtle or it'll backfire

Use Social media if you want to showcase your life etc. I've done both sides by showing my life off and the things i enjoy to do. I was going to do those activities anyway. I would show up at parties and social gatherings and people would ask with regards to a specific event i did etc from Instagram.

Then i realised i was over invested and stopped everything over night for 6 months. Turned up at an event and people were asking why I stopped and what I had been up to. As they knew I wouldn't have stopped training/working. So they were still invested.

So it can work both ways. But make sure you are being selfish about it and doing it for you & you alone. Don't try and do it to impress people, because it can/will come across as shallow when you speak about it.

I also never put pictures of plates etc. They aren't an important part of my life so don't get featured.

Social media is a great way to market yourself. Make sure you don’t become to addicted to the dopamine hit you get from posting a picture or snap, you’ll probably end up making yourself seem lower value because you’re posting things for the sake of it. Also, if you do have plates on there or potential plates, I find it’s best to avoid watching their snapchat stories in particular.
