she loves her husband you can tell by how she speaks about him
she is a ceo and managed to think about her kids and raise them even when she was working
she gets shit done and taught her staff how to handle her family problems if she was busy

I don't think it was emasculating at all- the lady is just an incredibly busy woman and has a sense of humor and made the crowd laugh. I thought I was going to see some woman barking off orders belittling her husband in the middle of a press conference which would have been emasculating.
