Protip- start making some male friends. Work, local bar (neighborhood bar type, not the pickup\club place). Join a health club, take lessons in something.

Why- if you can't make some male friends easily picking up women will not come easily .

Protip #2- get a job that makes you travel. Talk to strangers wherever you are. Eat at the bar or lunch counter. Talk to clerks in stores, gas stations where ever you are.

Worked for a very good friend of mine who was very quiet and introverted. A few years later he is simply amazing in social situations and great in the office. Also married to a PHD with whom he has 3 kids and treats him quite well.

Day game is your solution. Try picking up women on supermarkets etc. If you are looking for a hookup try Starbucks.
