That depends on what scale you are using.

You generally cannot make yourself sexually attractive to women if you're not naturally blessed with what women like, no, and women are only sexually attracted to your physical appearance.

It's important to realize that most of American thought is based on the just world fallacy, so of course "red pill" people want to always say you can just lift your way into being hot.

If it was so simple, everybody would do it.

Yes. In the same manour that everybody is staying healthy and eating a good diet and having a dream body as well as staying away from smoking, drinking and other drugs.

People are fucking lazy and the only thing they are all doing is what you are doing: Looking for strawmam excuses so they don't have to put in even the slightest amount of work, while having other people to blame or "the circumstances".

Being a top 20%er is largely situational. It doesn't also just mean money, it's largely behaviour, you're looking at it from the mindset of a beta.

You just defined the top 20% as being wealthy and successful. I would expect the tools needed to join that section of society are more mental and social tools rather than physical ones, unless you're referring to looksmaxxing, I think you need to expand on your points and make them clearer, otherwise it looks like you've just contradicted yourself.

Also, if you can't enter that esteemed segment, just focus on finding a good partner, that's what most normal people do.
