How about instead of it just being her word vs. his word.

We have each party take 3 lie detector tests. They would be explained the LEGAL definition of rape, and be made sure they completely understand it (perhaps in another lie detector test where it's ensured they pass the question regarding whether or not they understand the legal definition of rape)

I know that lie detectors are currently not admissible in court. But with the bullshit outbreak of false accusations, this might be the only course of action that makes sense.

Also, people assume the false rape percentage is just 1%, but we are forgetting that of those NOT prosecuted for rape, which is over 60%, some of these might have been falsely accused.

I personally believe about 30% of rape accusations are false.
