How do you approach a situation where someone wants to date you. But you simply don’t care about them, however the person is from a workplace. Do you lie and say something like your too busy in life or tell them, you don’t want to date them because you don’t like them. I am asking this because I work with this person but it can become awkward if I reject them by telling the truth. Do you remain the idgaf attitude in situations like this or soften the blow.
