The worst thing I can think of is saying something very rude about your appearance if it just a random stranger. Anyone telling me that they know me and I have never met them is also pretty awful.

Unless they'd known me personally and intimately for years and actually had a deep understanding of me, nothing at all. I just do not care about the opinions of strangers.
