Personally, I think it's not conscious white supremacy at all, but simply economics and female hypergamy. (i.e., upward social mobility through the exchange of sex.)

Basically, let's assume that every relationship is transactional, where women are permitting men regular access to sex in exchange for certain things, which include access to social validation, status and wealth. For whatever reasons (probably a combination of historical, economic and cultural factors), a white guy is perceived to have a higher sexual market value than an equivalent guy of another race.

Of course, this doesn't mean he's objectively inherently better in any way at all, and most women probably don't consciously think that either.

Instead, it's simply biological nature for women to give access to sex to the guy with higher SMV. So, despite simultaneously declaring that they aren't consciously racist, most hot/attractive asian women will still exclusively sleep with white guys when younger. For them, it's a complete non-issue, and that's the perverse beauty of the hamster.

The solution is to simply increase your own market value. For example, I'm an Indian guy, and I recently finished my doctoral degree. The difference in how women treat me to a few years ago is like light and day.

Ah, so dipshit or not should be the judgement criteria? Alas, we don't get to dictate the base for female choices - any more than they get to negotiate with us what we should be attracted to.

With women, I think each clique has its own standards of what they value. Women in that group will score men a certain way, in terms of how the perceive social standing. So social proof is situational, contextual. So some women will prefer hippy dippy - probably made more frequent by women being less into hard reality, aka STEM.

Other things - acting alpha, being strong, etc. - may apply across social groups (at least biologically; it is possible to imagine a group where men that are 'too strong' loose points on social proof. That will trade off against instinctive attraction, though.)

No proof of all this, other than it coheres with a lot of life experience otherwise inexplicable.
