I'm more interested in the question of what sorts of lay comments were noticed to be of high enough quality that an endorsement was given. The sort of stuff you can find in u/trpbot's history and the wiki pages it recorded. But that seems to have gone silent two years ago. That log makes it seem like it used to be quite meritocratic, but it seems to have made a turn for the occult now.

Edit: not meant as a judgment. I've been reading trpbot and finding it interesting and wondering whether the types of comments that receive recognition have changed.

Neo was a heretic. You see these posts as heretical, and their preacher a group of "misguided" posters on the internet. But when the prophet "returns back to life" it's hard to say he doesn't have a better understanding than you assume.

Basically they're saying that these posts are a Torah of sorts. They're accounts of evidence to the contrary of "blue pill ideology".
