I think the problem isn't that you missed out on some glorious experience per se, but, along the way you became emotional stunted possibly due to feelings of inadequacy and regret. The only thing you can do is let go of the bitterness and make yourself into the person you want to be living the life you want to live. Your high school party days are apparently behind you, so make the most of the rest of your life instead of lamenting the missed opportunities of a piece of it.

I want the validation and the cool factor of the game. Not just the sex but the fun experiences with other high value people and hot girls my age ~~while other guys my age envy me for that sort of stuff. I want the kind of life I live to make the blood of the kids who used to be popular boil with anger just like mines did during my school years.~~ I want to be a part of the new "in crowd" of my age ~~while other kids who had their fun during their school years are not experiencing that same fun.~~

Why not do that? What's holding you back, if you want it, then do it. Stop comparing yourself to other people, it does not matter what people who don't care about you think. It's as simple as that.
