Good luck, sir. The corrosive culture of US mainstream media has worked its magic everywhere.
Utah and Idaho probably have the best ratios of more conservative folks, which is sadly about as close as you'll get to non-internet RP culture. Even then, a lot of BP stuff gets absorbed into "Churchian" culture--see Dalrock for details.
If you're looking for a city with a lot of Asian and Eastern European women, LA is probably tops, with NYC second. Not that these are by any means "TRP friendly," except being large, anonymous cities.
