BP and RP, what are your definitions of 'femininity' and 'masculinity'

Those from TRP would say that those roles are important. Those from TBP would say that it is a "social construct".

The feminine role is supporting and soft, the masculine role is providing leadership and making the tough calls. There are power dynamics in any relationship and these roles can look pretty different from one relationship to the next. I don't think men are necessarily girly if they don't lead in their relationships. Not sure to what extent those roles are important. They're important to me, but obviously I can't speak for every person on the planet. In most of my relationships I have taken the masculine role and don't really feel like I've ever been in a totally egalitarian one. I prefer to take the feminine role, which I do now with Husband.

Traits associated with masculinity : assertive , confident, dominant .

Traits associated with femininity: caring, nurturing, supportive.

I think both men and women can be masculine or feminine.

Maybe. I think there's better chemistry this way. I can't speak for every relationship out there though.
