We do not live in a patriarchy in the US, certainly not in 70+ years. We live in a defacto hidden matriarchy. Men nominally occupy power and work positions.

Look at all our dating rituals since the 1950's to today. Men approach women and must win her approval. In middle and HS school, its even worse, even if you are not interested dating anyone you need girls and teachers approval or you are shut out at best or worst bullied.

Colleges drop the Title IX hammer on any guy that sneeze wrong at a girl.

Divorce laws. Enough said.

Married guys and divorced MGTOWs can attest, you have zero say in you marriage.

no one cares about people that are not popular. when i realised this i stopped being depressed and now i just have terrible anger issues
