There are always people who given the choice would or would not have lots of casual sex. Traditional gender roles put a limit on the women who would've chosen to have casual sex, but not on men. One of the goals of feminism was to free female sexuality and make women equal to men in that regard, i.e. so both genders could enjoy casual sex without backlash. Nothing was taken from men in terms of casual sex. If anything it's easier to get now and comes with fewer repercussions.

The people who wouldn't choose to have lots of casual sex are still there, find and date them and don't worry about the sex other people are having.
