A plate of mine I’ve been hooking up regularly for about 6 months recently told me she hooked up with another guy and is still interested in seeing him.

I think the quality of our interactions has gone down a lot since then.

I want to spend time with her the way we used to, but I recognize that’s probably hard.

Is this possible? If not, how do I let go of her? It’s really hard to let her go, it’s hard to not have sex with her because the sex to me is very good. But I certainly won’t push myself until I let her go.

Do you have guidance on letting go off her without too much pain/heartache or learning to recover quickly?

My game is not too great, I have hooked up with a bunch of other girls recently but I cannot guarantee consistent pulls.
