Good day gents.

I am 18yr old and I work at an exclusive job for someone my age, with the potential of earning anywhere from 50,000-750,000 yearly, and that’s just the start,

The salary is based on client sales in a video marketing business.

Although I make sales when given the chance at clients I cannot implement my natural sale skills enough. Right now I have been assigned to cold email companies that could be looking for the services of my video marketing company, I was also assigned to attend networking events in search of partners and clients.

My biggest problem is that I lack motivation if dozens of emails go unanswered and I sometimes procrastinate whole days when instead I could be working. Has anyone had this problem? Can someone recommend something besides toughening through it? Maybe a certain mindset or routine that you guys took up.
