If I’m understanding this correctly, she awarded custody of his son to his wife.

He tried to argue that his wife was an unfit mother. She denied his claim.

His son died in the care of his mother, demonstrating he was correct about her being unfit.

He posts to Facebook talking about how corrupt the justice system is, naming and shaming this judge.

She doesn’t like that she’s being exposed so she claims to fear for her life and gets him sent to jail without a trial by jury.

When the jury finally hears his case, he’s acquitted immediately.

Sounds like abuse of power to me.

Holy shit. The judge gets to live with the fact that a 2 year old died because of her ruling. The man is lucky. Restitution should be paid to the guy for the loss of the child and time spent in jail. I doubt it will happen though.

Good post. Crazy shit happens to men all the time. I remember in the sidebar a story about the guy hanging out in a toy section at a store and being accused of being a pediophile on Facebook.
