I joined trp a month ago, and quickly started implementing most of the trp principles in my day to day life. The change in me has been huge, with pretty much everyone close to me noticing it. It's like I've become a completely different person.
However, with everything, this came at a cost. As I've climbed up the social ranks, I've noticed a lot of resentment building towards me from my older friends. We were a tight group, an autistic group of social outcasts, mostly kept to ourselves in some obscure corner during school hours. Before this year, they were the only friends I had. However today, one of them texted me saying "I dont like you anymore, so bye" and then proceeded to block me in the middle of what seemed like a fairly normal conversation.
Now I'm not too fussed about losing this guy as a friend, he is a classic example of a blue pill neckbeard feminized fat guy. After all, he actively posts on the feemagers subreddit, think teenagers but 100x worse.
What I am worried about is,losing my other friends. They were genuine who helped me through some tough times. I really like them, but I can feel that the convos we used to have simply aren't the same anymore (most of them have switched schools, so we dont talk as often). My question is, did this happen to you too once you entered TRP? If so, did you completely cut them out and make new friends, or did you keep em around, maybe even teach them about TRP?
