20M just acquired a 16F plate so the vetting process shall begin now. I know she lives in a small social house (they are given to people in difficult life circumstances) which turned my alarm light on - why doesn't her father work his ass to help his family? Maybe they've got some debt or he is lazy? Etc. etc...

She wears decent clothes but mentioned that her family has got some financial difficulties (they had to move from normal house to this social house, she may not afford to go for her "prom" in 2 years' time etc.). I want to be careful around her not to get entangled into some tough shit. Can you give me some piece of advice around women like this?

She will most likely stay only as a plate (talking from today's perspective) because she's smoking and started drinking at 14.
