I see guys who are trying too NGAF all the time and it's apparent.

the best thing you can do when beginning your red pill journey is so just focus on increasing your value, so that your attention and care become more valuable to people. You will start to NGAF when you have so many people pining for your attention that you can't satisfy everyone.

Bad to them on purpose equals beta. You're clearly behaving dismissive to obtain something from them, therefore you are seeking validation.

Be focused on yourself and your goals primarily, any dismissivenss needs to naturally stem from any obstacles to your goals and ambitions, not because you're trying to be red-pilled and using dismissiveness as game strategy
