How much muscle mass do woman find attractive? I lift mainly because i want to get stronger but of course i like to be appealing to the opposite sex as well. Ives heard that woman font like the bigger types of guys but im not sure how much I actually believe that.

No amount of gym time can fix a bad nutrition.

Getting big is always make you fatter at some point without roids, and women are actually very sensitive about body fat I think. Too low fat is also bad as you lose stregth, and I don’t think women would choose powerlifter over natural bodybuilder.
