Hello,

I have a few questions and would like to hear your thoughts on it.

1) I am from a conservative country and recently moved to a western country. I've been taught that being sexual is shameful since my childhood and I find it hard to undo the conditioning. I have no problem approaching and getting dates but it just "feels" wrong to get physical with women. I am confident but an entire childhood of conditioning makes it hard for me to be physical and sexual. Any thoughts on how to overcome this?

2) I am doing my masters in Computer Science and have lifting/muay thai/bjj as my hobby so I don't meet much women in my daily life. The only time I meet women and approach is during events held at my Uni. The problem with this method is that I get maybe a date every week. I've tried cold approaching but I notice I am much more confident and dominant in a "lukewarm" approach when there is some context to talk to women. I've never seen a man cold approach in my life but noticed many men meet other women when there is some context (same class etc..). What's mindset do you guys have when cold approaching women?
