You didn’t borrow him any money? You gave him $10 if he’s a bro he will return it someday somehow. Don’t ask him for the money back. Simply let him do it on his own or ask him for a favor in the future. That’s what friends and family are for. Also why when you lend money don’t expect to get it back.
