I'm 24 and work as a sous chef at a restaurant and one of the waitresses keeps trying to flirt with me and clearly wants the D. I won't go into detail but it's clear she wants it, she threw a party and was all up on me and then texted me after saying I should've stayed. If I didn't work with her then fuck I'd be down but I know I shouldn't since we work together.

Do I keep just playing along and allow her to flirt with me when she wants or do I draw a line in the sand. I'm leaning towards continuing what I'm already doing which is just being myself around her and allow for some touching and flirting but not actually do anything. Kind of if I was in a relationship with someone, I wouldn't do anything serious with anyone else but would allow the small stuff to slide. Anybody have any advice for this kind of situation?
