So i am 25, girl is 19

Same social circle for past 2-3 months, i ask her out a month ago, says ok

1st date:

coffee then walking then kissing then meeting her friends at a bar

after the kiss she was very affectionate physically, hugging, touching, putting head on chest

after the bar she invites me to her place, sits on me, kissing for some minutes, allows ass grabbing and boob grabbing, i go to take her shirt off, puts my hands down, i try 2-3 more times, same thing, we stop, sit on bed some mins and i leave. Total time in her place: about 30 mins

2nd date:

only 2 days later, i initiated, i now consider that a mistake should have waited more

out for a walk and a drink on hand, lots of kissing, after 2-3 hours we separate

3rd "date":

a week later, she would be unavailable the next 3-4 days so i asked to go to her place, it was late so i didn't mention going out, she says ok

chit chat for 20 mins and again she is on top of me kissing, same story repeats from date 1, i try to take her shirt off few times, she puts my hands down, some minutes later we stop, chit chat for 20 mins and i leave. Total time in her place: about an hour

i now consider this a big blunder, not only did i invest more by driving 15 mins to her place, but i also got nothing out of it while compromising frame

4th date:

there wasn't any, a dead silent week after date 3 i asked for another, got a bs excuse "i don't have money", i respond with a joke, then she clearly says "proposal rejected"

for 2 weeks after this she gives no signs of life, nothing at all, i do the same

then i check up on her, responds after a day, i text back after 1-2 hours, she responds after a day again, i have now cut all communication for a week

my question is, what could i have done better? especially considering her LMR, should i have pushed more and how?

i thought inquiring verbally would be wrong since it would be negotiation of attraction

considering her age i thought maybe she is a virgin so it's ok for her to nervous, but seeing how i was ghosted / treated afterwards i am thinking it was a shit test
