I went out to a club with a few coworkers last night. I don’t usually go out but I am pretty used to the scene so i had a decent time. While we were in the club my friend started grinding on me, but i really hate dancing so i just pushed her away from me jokingly.
After the night was over and we all got in our cab, everyone was talking about the night and i was just tired and staring out the window. My friend was really drunk so she was talking a lot, and eventually she asked me why i didn’t let her dance on me. I told her i don’t care for dancing and joked that she wasn’t the only girl i turned down a dance from that night. Whenever i’m drunk, i get really irritable and just want to sleep, so i’m not even listening to her ramble on about how many guys smacked her ass or tried to grab her. Then out of nowhere, she whispers so that only i can hear her that it’s too bad i didn’t dance with her because she would’ve fucked me. She starts freaking out because she realizes what she said and asks if anyone heard her. I tell her i heard everything she said (i was ignoring for quite some time and she noticed it) and tease her about it. She gets upset that she was talking without thinking and stays quiet for the rest of the ride.
I live on a military base, so my coworkers/friends and i all live in dorms, we see each other virtually every waking moment. This particular girl is really good friends with my best friend here, and she and i only recently became sort of friends. She’s the type of girl who plays hard to get or is mindful about what she says but she has hinted at finding me attractive. This sounds like an easy lay that i should hop on but i’m not really sure i want to. She’s good looking but i’m afraid she’s would get attached to me and the fact that we work together doesn’t help.
Should i pursue or just dip my pen in the company’s ink?
