I keep falling off and slacking. What I want is to put together a challenge for a period of time, a week or 2 weeks whatever. I know my life won’t change in this time but it will make me feel better and give me motivation to proceed.

Currently:

Lifting 5/6x a week (no issues there)

MMA 2x a week

Studying sports science at college

Reading NMMNG (want to read more books)

Want to expand social circle

Want more plates (have 3 now, want more and hotter ones)

Cutting out porn and limiting social media

What challenges can I give to myself to excel in these areas? A semi monk mode type shit for a few weeks as a challenge to make it part of my lifestyle?
