So while out on the town over the weekend I was with my LTR and one of her good friends. Her friend is very attractive doesn't work and is engaged to a millionaire in another state. After we eat dinner together we go to a nearby bar and the friend asks me what I'd like to drink, she buys me a scotch. She ended up buying me about 5 of them (ok very $100) over the course of the night and once offered to buy my LTR a drink but she didn't want any as she wanted to drive. We barhopped, just chatted and drank all night but when we said goodbye she invited my LTR and I to hang out again the next day, which we had to decline. I am curious if there's anything behind the drinks though, as I've never had a woman who I wasn't with or pursuing buy me drinks all night like this before. I assumed she was flexing her wealth or trying to intimidate my LTR by buying my drinks all night but I am asking the experts for some insight. I didn't really go out of my way to express interest in her or anything, and I didn't really get the sense that she was being flirty or even drinking much herself. Any reason behind this?
